ARCHS Summer Camps
ARCHS’ funded summer camps provide safe environments at no cost to low-income families, freeing up parental time for work or training opportunities.
Through a competitive RFP process, ARCHS funds area youth agencies to operate the camps. The agencies focus on academic support/enrichment, social and life skills, health and recreation, character development and parent and family involvement. The camps address food insecurity that occurs during the summer months when students are not in school by providing meals/snacks.
