On February 28, ARCHS was once again honored for its quality improvement efforts by the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) and was presented an Achievement Award. ARCHS uses the Baldrige Excellence Framework™ to inform its ongoing quality improvement efforts. Baldrige is a noted holistic framework used by organizations across multiple industries to improve their performance and achieve sustainable results. Since 2022, ARCHS has been honored three times by TNCPE – with a Commitment Award and two Achievement Awards – in recognition of its use of the Baldrige Excellence Framework™.
