Join ARCHS for a special presentation by Lt. Gen. Russel L. Honoré – retired U.S. Army lieutenant general best known for his leadership during Hurricane Katrina in 2005. He and local officials will lead a St. Louis Disaster Preparedness Forum – equipping the community with the tools and information needed to plan and respond effectively during emergencies.
