
As we celebrate Workforce Development Month, ARCHS and its partner agencies are proud to showcase results that are strengthening the St. Louis workforce and expanding economic opportunities for local families.
ARCHS’ FY2026 Workforce Development Initiative Results:
• 3,580 individuals served
• 2,200+ participants became work-ready
• 770 new job placements secured
• $18.86 average hourly wage earned by participants
• 208 industry-recognized credentials obtained to meet employer demand for skilled workers
Economic Impact:
• $40 million in estimated annual earnings generated through workforce placements
• $2.5 million in wages added to the local economy each month
By connecting residents to career pathways and family-supporting jobs, ARCHS, in partnership with the State of Missouri and local agencies, continues to build a stronger workforce, strengthen local families, and contribute to a more prosperous St. Louis community.
