On September 19, ARCHS’ Board, Staff, and Community Partners gathered to acknowledge the many accomplishments of ARCHS’ retiring Chief Executive Officer, Wendell E. Kimbrough.
During the ceremony, Wendell’s 20-year legacy was celebrated – including a six-fold increase in annual grant making (from $5 million in 2005 to $36 million in 2025) and more than 4 million underserved St. Louisans’ lives positively impacted through a variety of lifelong learning opportunities.
